  • Sabrina Valle
    I began my exercise career as a group exercise instructor for sports & racquet clubs in New York City. When I moved to California, I began my exercise career with Spare Time Clubs and have been with them for the last 18 years. I have an eclectic background of affiliations and certifications. My Pilates Mat and Reformer training and education is through Stott Pilates. I love to teach and have a passion for helping clients achieve their personal goal, I am happy to provide hands on guidance to enhance and motivate your own commitment to your health and well-being.
  • Lauretta Hyatt-Chan
    A Basi leading fitness and wellness professional. My 30 years of teaching experience, combined with Physical Therapy education, and 17 years clinical PT experience, give me a fine and complete set of tools for teaching functional movement through PILATES. I received my Associate of Science Degree/Physical Therapist Assistant from Sacramento City College in 1986. As a collegiate athlete I competed in Swimming, Springboard Diving, and Track at CSU-Sacramento. I still love to swim, dive, and practice synchronized swimming for exercise and enjoyment.
  • Usha Delorme
    I recently moved to Woodland from Orange County. Sports injuries throughout my life introduced me to Pilates. Since 2008 I’ve been a firm believer in the wonders and miracles of therapeutic Pilates. I obtained my certification in Mat, and Apparatus (Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Spine Corrector & Accessories) Pilates from Orange Coast College. For the last three years I worked at Westcliff Medical Chiropractic, in Newport Beach where I honed and refined my Pilates skills in conjunction with a team of delightful chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists. Together we devised treatment plans for patients suffering from injury and pain as well as those seeking athletic goals or fitness. It has been such a joy to see my patients get relief from pain and find recovery back to normal health. I have also instructed group classes in Yoga and Pilates at Total Woman and 24 Hour Fitness.
