Introductory Classes


~Pilates was developed from the rehabilitation techniques of Joseph Pilates. Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system using a floor mat or equipment, that will help you look and feel your very best. No matter what your age or condition it will work for you.

The benefits people attain with Pilates are many and varied including:

It seems like everyone is either doing Pilates, or interested in starting a Pilates exercise program. Indeed, one of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works so well for a wide range of people. Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, women rebounding from pregnancy, and people who are at various stages of physical rehabilitation.

In our studio you can take classes by yourself, with a friend or join an existing group class. If you have a two or three friends you can also make your own group class at the time that works best for you.

We have six Instructors who are available throughout the week and weekends. Depending on the time that works best for you and your goals we can match you with the appropriate instructor.

Our studio is absolutely gorgeous and is equipped with 4 Stott Reformers and most classes utilize a combination of reformer as well as matt exercises.

We recommend you take a couple private classes before joining a group class so you can learn the essentials of Pilates and the instructor can determine which class will be best for you based on your level.
